Hi Kokot, as they are not Director performance shares I don’t think shareholders get the same level of info on what the criteria is, so as you say it’s hard to know. I am guessing maybe something to do with Framework agreement sign off, but that’s just a guess.
My concern is the level of bonuses on top of what appear to be attractive fixed salaries, we have both short term and long term bonuses getting added on that seem to result in some attractive total packages for our small company that doesn’t have any revenue, nor projects financed and under construction. this from 2022 Annual report.
