Hi Topo, share price is not always a reflection of performance, just look at RNU as an example, healthy SP but performance bonuses not expected to vest, I guess because they didn’t meet performance criteria.
I wouldn’t really expect employees to forego bonuses that they have earned as part of their employment contract, my issue is more with the level of the bonuses and do the performance criteria match with what longer term holders would see as important milestones. For example I would have been happy for performance bonuses to AS for construction of Kwinana commercial facility, I am not thrilled about performance bonuses for construction of an evaluation facility sometime in the next 5 years.
