I know this is likely death for Quintis but timing seems a little weird with a probable imminent board spill whom have made bold statements of turning the company around.

Given the put holder likely gets a fat doughnut in the event of VA in current state of play, I am surprised they haven't extended until at least sometime after the proposed spill date to see what comes of it.
