Another new year first - I agree HT each of the stakeholders are acting in their own interest - they are obliged to do so - and the current board is also required to act in the interest of protecting the interests of shareholders and other stake holders.

So DK has finally pulled the pin and want their money by Feb 2 -

Wonder what will happen this week - all comes back to the expected valuation of the coy's assets and future prospects plus its impact on the local community I guess.

I wonder whether Twiggy Forest will come in here - he has shown an appetite for long term thinking and accepting risk.
