    Why didn't they find a buyer for the 400 hectares of put option security? They should have been selling existing growing woodlots they owned to recover there debt position.

    It comes to light that the recapitalization was only getting close last November! Maybe, they thought this would solve all there problems.

    Mt Romance is about the only asset that actually makes them some profit.
