    From your list Growers have less rights than shareholders yet they must continue to pay for management and marketing - hmmm - they really are in a bind - shareholders at least do not have to put in more cash unless of course they borrowed to buy/sell short.

    If growers do not ante up then they are in default and the Coy gets their woodlots it seems - hmmm all comes back to valuation and market price as has all the way through.

    As regards the ATO - seriously doubt they will have any profits to tax for a while as to GST etc hard to say. But the growers may be facing some issues here as well...

    But seems that the continuing income is from long term sales like Young Living, and growers commitments as best I can see.

    The pharma side is interesting - the warts are far enough through to be a possible asset sale to a big pharma.

    All IMO and DYOR of course.
