There will only be 149M shares on issue after consolidation 12 June 2012.

Very exciting times ahead second half of this year IMO.

You are not wrong about the directors they have runs on the board I cannot see why they cannot make Tempo Australia Ltd (FER) martket cap many times cuttent market of $30M within a few short years.

The first acqusition is a ripper IMO great thinking by Wright and the board we will have access to a great pool of professional trades people which is in short supply ATM in the Mining Industry.

They solved the number one issue prior to commencing the real business in the Mining Services Sector, great move.
