19.5M shares from holders who can't beleive their luck. When the ducks are quacking you feed them... it's alll about taking the opportunity periods of liquidity provide. Don't stress, will take 1-3 days before shares are transferred into trading accounts and start hitting the market.
I've been there before a few times. First the long wait hoping the price stays up while company takes their sweet time to arrange a 'batch-issue' of exercised oppies, then the last few days to get shares into the trading account so you can set to selling. Hope for thier sake Powell is uber dovish tonight...
