Personally I think the options conversion is needed to provide additonal cash to kick off the launch phase and create more awareness of the platform that then grabs those freemium customers that will convert to paid subscriptions.

To get the options in the money they need two signed contracts announced before the end of the month and so far Unith have hit every other milestone and I feel that they will get this over the line and deliver to their plan.

I don't think it is any coincidence that the launch date was brought forward to the month of options expiry, when everything else has been planned so carefully.
As already posted, "the show is not over until the fat lady sings", so let's see what happens.
