Their behavior was malicious and did substantial damage to long time share holders. They have no chance in court against a Lynas claim of damages. It would be an act that would help the shareholders who have stayed on board thru a very deep draw down. Many are still in the hole. Lynas seeking damages in court then using the funds to buy back shares would be an acknowledgement of shareholder loyalty. Of course, they could behave like stone cold killers and sell out denying long term shareholders future profits. I can sell now at a tidy profit but I want the substantial profits that await Lynas down the road.
