Yes that pipeline...the one which we have previously discussed as being replaced by Exxon with a new pipeline and being cleaned and left in situ several months ago...

...the exact same one that brushes past EL 5210...

...now crops up in an ann (with a map) that states:

"CHTD also provides a long distance transportation solution for upgraded coal, via use of slurry pipelines."

Also, as we know MNM is in confidential discussions in relation to its "coal projects"...

...no mention of EL 5210.

...no mention of pending LV tenements.

...no mention of MtM.

...only a reiterate of already publicly available BM info.

Make of that what you will...

...but very telling for mine.
