re: Ann: MNM: Exergen Seeks ASX Listing Via M... Once again Obe Wan, you have not really explained why three decades of industrial waste dumping that has caused some leaching problems at the Maddingley BC mine is a hurdle to Exergen getting a mining licence on their tenements. Do you think Theiss and Sedgman, backers of Exergen, who engineer, build and operate mines for a business won't be able to manage ground water aquifiers which are downstream from the town?
The toxic leach is from three decades of industrial waste dumping can you explain how you are linking that event with extracting brown coal that has been in situ for millenia?
Yes, I agree that all the brouhaha has been about the LV. That is where theALDP is focused and wher the S7 lies and where several mines and power generators operate. But exergen have a 50% stake in a 1.6 billion tonne deposit at Bacchus Marsh that they state they will develop and have even completed a preliminary scoping study which was positive. Exergen talk about developing BM not just my or the words of other posters on hc.
