Hmm interesting indeed, would Coopers be able to farm in another jv is the question? Maybe they could raise a little bit of cash from farm in? Perhaps by the possibility of raising a small amount of cash by a jv partner joining bpt might get a larger benefit if sp was to rise? Something is going on.. Could be disastrous if bpt decided to start dumping shares tho..
