Hi Sam. I came in around 14c. when there was a management reshuffle, cash in the bank, and shortly before the reclassification of cannabis by the UN. It seemed to me, at that time, that the company had made decisions the market wasn't comfortable with, but it was a small specy stock in a 'hot' sector that went from $5.00-0.14 in a short time after the cannabis bubble burst, so, I'd imagine that there were plenty of unhappy shareholders. I did not go into the detail of the past, what mattered to me was the outlook. Others might be able to help with the detail of the past. But yes, looking at the numbers, the company was attractive to me too. I'm now waiting to see if the company performs following the changes that have been made. All in my own opinion, so you will need to do your own research.
