He mentioned a few times that the company is not well served by existing infrastructure and it will take 18 months or so before they will be able to determine if they have a commercial venture. I found this an interesting comment, honest, perhaps too honest. On the positive side he spoke at length about how beneficial CNOOC are to partner with.
