The deal is still under due diligence. I would wait till the deal completes.
That was the same problem I had with ITT/1PG.
I still think the best is to have a corporate presentation on the business model of the Gruden Group, what are the company's revenue streams, target market, and future outlook and goals.
That way analysts can assess the business model.
