Just look at all the backdoor listing companies and the vast majority have done really really well.
I think this is the only chance to see the share price back at 20c again.
Just look at ITT to 1PG, SPA who is now BPF. Also check out MIG who were Latin Gold (hit 7 times money).
Most have returned nearly 5 times the money before changing the business model.
Yes, I was equally frustrated as you are that it was a failed exploration company. But it would be really bad to see Exoma if the acquisition was another oil and gas exploration project that will only see cash burn with little chance of success.
Now we will see half the existing board go and have these startup tech experts join the board, the management will go too with new management.
