BB has a point , and it is normal to get impatient especially when things don't happen to expectation.
But the patent grant is an enormous tool to expedite a deal , I'm certain a few have been looked at already and it's hopefully now a matter of time which I suspect it is .
How long is anyones guess -- maybe tomorrow, maybe in two years .
