It's moving slowly, but moving. @Chelben for history of announcement's true its disjointed, but that's Business India. 3 years can happen in one week then nothing. The JV is a contained small scale side stream (at this stage) India is about investment in relationships and JV success will take time. location is great the economic zoning, transit and scalability is favorable. I'm in for euro connection too, But don't right off yet. the widely applied trope "Everything will be alright in the end, so if it is not alright it is not the end" rings true.
