originally I liked the fact Ibx had fast track fda approval, and, were seeking approval for a device which was only 2 steps: stage 1 then pivotal trial. I believe thats no longer the case and a typical 3 state clinical trial is now required.
so there’s no way Ibx today is the same proposition it was 2 years ago.
add to that management have a lousy track record which I can’t see changing under bob’s chairmanship.
