According to LinkedIn Nucleus Cyber is a firm of 8 people, incorporated in 2018 with zero people growth in that time!

My experience with start-up environments is people growth typically reflects business/revenue growth. This, together with no historical financial information disclosed as part of the NC acquisition and little to nothing available in the public domain regarding sales/business growth would suggest there probably isn't much to the NC business.

It's therefor concerning that AR9 are describing the NC acquisition as a "merger" and that 3 of the 8 employees have now been appointed to C level roles in AR9!

I get a sense that the AR9 board is grasping here, perhaps hoping that the NC team can pull something out of the hat. Who knows, maybe they will, but I certainly wouldn't be betting the farm on it.
