It is well published AVR is and has for some considerable time been in discussions with major industry players, like Medtronic. There have also been other transactions, such as funding, asset sales and other potential material transactions ongoing and events of a price sensitive nature occurring frequently since the day he took the helm. Just review the ASX releases for a refresher. Precisely when has Wayne Paterson, the board and other insiders had the opportunity to buy? Then, would the complaint not be a serious one of insider trading?
