No one seems to care about the positive nature of the new expanded funding ( a new $2.5M issue of convertible notes as trench 3) to Mercer.
This expanded funding is in additional to the original funding package announced in January 6. The effective cost of fund is only 6%pa. With this additional funding, AVR can keep the $16.5 million put options to be used later as needed.
We should have sufficient funding leading to commercialisation later next year.
