You'd be wasting your time complaining to ASIC, they're not interested in right or wrong, only interested if there's media interest they can use to prop themselves up.
Long term this will most likely be a winner anyway regardless of the shorter term pressures.
Once the revenue starts to flow in from gas sales I expect DTE will be a different story.
