Any moment someone will tell us that someone is capping the shareprice so they can buy lots more at a cheaper price.
The truth is more like that the market no longer believes what MLS has to say.
Unfortunately their past performance is what is suppressing the share price.
A little trust needs to be earned, and then off she goes.
