Yes @ralom RAC is not your normal company. We are willing to do things differently (for example make use of the company rep feature of HC) and use social media to its full capacity to better communicate with our shareholders. It is hard work, but we think worthwhile.

You are right that a pure SPP raise is not the easy way to raise capital (probably why most companies don’t do it). It is vastly easier to do a conventional discounted capital raise to instos and 708s and throw in a nominal SPP on the back end to keep the retail shareholders quiet. We are not interested in doing what is easy, we are interested in doing what is in the shareholder's interest. This is probably the most radical aspect of RAC as a company.

We may be completely wrong, but we believe that if you look after all your shareholder they will support the company through the good times and the bad. So far, so good.
