Im sure writing up patents is not something you can do overnight, and the amount of significant information coming through and the amount of patents you have to formulate and correlate with patent lawyers. The boards heads must be spinning trying to remember which patent is for what now!
Every new discovery is having you guys scrambling to get everything right before you can start due processes, I'm sure.
The significance of all these preclinicals with PD1 is not lost on me, and this new discovery and how it ties in with patent expiry demonstrates how clever this all is.
