I think of this as Amgen as having first right of refusal (not that they hold the cards, we do!). If they don’t want to license/ partner/ buy us out, someone else may step up to the plate. But until 2025 Amgen has the patent on their drug so they can act alone while we can have the patent on the combo and look for the best SH outcome.
