    In the happy situation where RAC has more funds than it needs for trials, I think an on-market buyback would be better than a dividend, because:
    * it gives each shareholder a choice whether to hold or sell into the buyback
    * it doesn't create an income tax bill
    * the SP will increase, triggering option conversion and a virtuous cycle
    * there's a CGT discount, but no income tax discount.
