I guess it all comes down to... do you want a MASSIVE hit now, or a longer term growth... or something in between.
I think the Upfront cash should certainly provide ALL Shareholders with that nice "Sugar Hit" as you put it,
and then ongoing Royalties are split 50/50, where 50% is paid out as dividends, and 50% is used fore R&D and to acquire other patents and continue to grow the portfolio.
10 years from now, the Annual dividend may end up being bigger than the original "Sugar Hit" we received!
I guess it all comes down to... do you want a MASSIVE hit now,...
