Good observation. Just one comment I disagree with is your question regarding to insiders selling. As far as I understand no insiders are selling. Dr BG is no longer an insider and the last sale from DR JC was to cover the conversion cost his options (excluding any potential tax liability cost for him), meaning hi increased his exposure to RAC. This leaves only traders and some other investors who decide to sell for whatever personal reason they have. If funds are looking at loading up on RAC they will be well catered for by Dr BG continous selling.
