Q1. Is 5x the IC50 to get good inhibition of the target enzyme a widely used rule of thumb in pharmacokinetics?
Q2. So for Zantrene it's 713 nM?
Comment: 713 nM is equivalent to about 6.3 mg/m2 in a adult.
