Pure assumption, but I wouldn't be suprised the reason they haven't done a CR (Captial Raise) besides being hopefully on up coming results direct quote from last annoucment.

I read this is they hit decent pegs now just waiting for assays.

Back to CR, I wouldn't be suprised if they are in talks with big players about buying in. Similar to what SQM has been doing recently with juniors. Hence no rush on CR, if at all.
