Quick update on our neighbours. GGP up 13% on news it's deferred it's dual listing in Aus until early next year and that it's major shareholder Wyloo has tipped in a new $50m loan facility.
NCM shareholders vote on the proposed scheme with NEM on 13 October. NEM has its vote around same time and if all else goes to plan the scheme will take effect on 6 November (if I've remembered that date correctly).
IMO shareholders are looking for direction and clarity on what's to happen in the province, so that's getting closer.
