Think the shareholders were happy about no cap raising, which was indicated might come with the ASX listing, but they will need one to pay back that $50m as it has a maturity date of 31.12.24...and not being able to convert into equity as part of the condition.
i guess shareholders are happy to get a few significant events completed and a happier share price before raising.
What the entity will look like in 6 months might be completely different, as the outcomes of Telfer/Havieron and Wyloo might be known by then
