Some things to like
1) didn’t give up any of our acreage
2) interesting to describe acquisition of contingent resource as “accretive” but the point is fair: it’s very cheap, will look like deal of the century IF the play works
3) new acreage accesses the different horizons/plays that each of OMA and Shell are testing; this is perhaps the biggest positive, a fantastic feature of the deal
4) what’s another 250M shares when we’re already over 1 Billion issued….
i reckon this is Ok to positive
