The shares have to be issued at $0.02 (two cents) which is the par value of the shares, as it is not an Australian company, this you will note is the price that all the previous share issues have been done. So if they were to issue $30 million in shares they would issue 1,500,000,000 shares which as at today ($0.001) would have a market value of $1,500,000. I suspect that they may ask for the cash, which then prompts the obvious question if they can't raise $1m for the land where are they going to get $30m?
