so does this mean, our directors have effectively con Jetwill into giving 20% of Supreme at a value of $30 million dollar in exchange for 1/3 of AAK overall shareholding which at today's price is worth $1.5 million dollar. (currently we have about 3 billions outstanding share, if we were to issue another 1.5 billions. It work out to be about 1/3)
with profit target of not less than $60 million per year, AAK's portion would be $12 million per year, over 3 years. This would amount to $36 million. Which should be enough to cover the $30 million acquisition price.
so in this case, it is a win win situation for AAK... getting something for nothing.
