MBE's DCB services aren't exactly apps that individuals download on purpose. The DCB services facilitate a mobile phone user in being able to buy a product without having to put in card details.

With a bit of proper due process DCB may become more transparent and trustworthy due to new regulation. I know thats a positive opinion, but if consumers become more familiar with a concept that now wont hurt them unknowingly it wont be too bad for MBE.

The big thing for me personally is that MBE is targeting developing markets with low levels of credit cards. I think that's where the big growth opportunity is.
