I especially like this part:

Mobile-cellular subscriptions reached almost 2.2 million at end 2013, with a penetration of 166 subscriptions per 100 inhabitants – well above the average penetration in Arab countries (110%) and the average global penetration (96%).

GDP per head is ~$30,000 and HDI is very high. Small market with barely 1.4 million people, but appears they absolutely love their cell phones and have the money to pay for them!
