UAE is predictable - i think i said that when they last announced their performance marketing expansion into SE Asia. The performance marketing business is pivotal for the m-payments business to perform.

Which is why it is interesting that they've expanded into Hong Kong. This almost certainly means that they intend to expand the m-payments (mobile products) business into Hong Kong, which is no doubt, the door to expanding into China.
