@ dyeman I don't think anyone has suggested that RCE327 is selective in its action. It will almost certainly kill every bacteria and possibly viruses as well. Additionally there is no evidence I am aware of of an oral route of administration. They would have to complete studies about take up and toxicity levels before administering it in this fashion.
