THe debt could be rolled over by another security holder just like any home mortgage where the home owner swaps banks, I do not see the problem providing the interest is being paid and is within the necessary covanents.
Also a lead circuit has been installed recently which seems more appropriate than a CIL circuit given the current minerals being mined
Just my opinion.
