    what I'm really unclear about is why it's garnering such little attention.

    I think there are a handful of savvy investors who are switched on and getting in at the ground floor. but the market is largely silent to it at the moment.

    I've owned GRV for 10 years. one of my worst decisions now quickly turning into one of my best.
