Every chance the people who are selling are those who timed it well enough to grab parcels at 0.005 and below less then 6 months ago. It was a bold move in a hectic time and to walk away with nearly 250% profit is an outcome we would all smile at.
To me these prices are still cheap, hopefully in six months time anyone who is selling now looks back at the missed opportunity.
