agreed. Just the separation IP would be handy to get rid off the JV nonsense and VMM go it alone, could then toll treat MEI product using the local separation facility for more revenue. IXR are gonna bleed out because they are running two demo plants at the same time, cash burn has been steady at $4-5m per quarter as a result. VMM could do well to wait it out until IXR are closer to $10m mcap IMO then low ball offer to put them out their misery.
