re: Ann: Expansion Program and Revenue Projec... Morely (you cunning little lizzy). My reading is that they will be using debt, which, as suggested by MJS, is consistent with "short term" along with recent directors' purchases. Why invest when you're about to dilute?
It surprises me they are pursuing the retail end of the business as much as they are. I don't see what advantage they could have above someone else doing the same. But if they're more profitable than the cost of capital...
