    SG I like your idea of the company raising funds to clear their debt etc and yes whilst the price might drop back in the short term as with other raisings people have short memorys.Confidence in the balance sheet etc would be restored and coupled with the improving operational performance the share price would improve.
    Hang on so why are they not doing it?
