Had several spare minutes today and took the opportunity to have a read of AASB 141.....

I see more questions being raised as to what's really been going on and is now going on, ASSB 141 was made in July 2004, so it's not new. TFL, from what I've seen in my numerous years as a holder, hasn't set the world on fire. The inferno appears to be just over the next ridge and for various reasons is snuffed out before the fire takes hold.

While you're having a read, delve into AASB 136 for a look, some interesting reading in there too.

I look forward to seeing how TFLs' future plays out.
With external advisors coming on the payroll, one would expect to see this extra expenditure as an investment.......
Or, is it so deep in the mire an action plan is required before all is revealed to the market????
The mind boggles.

Perhaps the illustrious management team could advise shareholders just how much these advisors are actually costing the company. Along with the anticipated ROI, both near and medium term periods.

TFL has a market cap of approximately $26.5m, not huge in the grand scheme and we need a BOD and advisors????

All I can say, it shouldn't be unreasonable for shareholders to expect a major turn around in TFL performance!
