Thanks Board and CEO for putting some sort of figures on your 1HFY23 guidance. Although disappointing as you have pointed out at least you have maintained profitability and have dipped into any bank loans. Investors should note that the current SP is below the SP at the low point during the GFC just to put some context on how the market is looking at the residential building game at the moment. I have been a long term holder and have benefited from the high dividend return so the current price is not much of a worry to me. Founders and insider major shareholders have so much to lose here it is hard to imagine that they would not do all that it takes to get the company back to their 2HFY23 forecast. I also think that Lev would see the current SP as being about as low it should get and would be expanding his holding at figures lower than this. Personally I think it is worth holding despite what appears to be an upcoming temporary poor profit performance.
